I had a bitter experience on 06 05 2023, in Vizag, I bought some clothes along with that I also bought a shaving cream manufactured by Bombay Shaving Products and on it the MRP was printed as 79 and it was being billed at 89. Immediately I said to remove that and I asked him, why it was being billed at 89, then the cashier either failed to correct it or to inform the reason. Had I not observed, it would have been billed at a higher price. Everybody says Tata is different from others in the business. But in fact, they are also on par with the others who have been fleecing the money. I also had another twist at the same time. I picked up 4 dresses and the sales girl said all are entitled to the same discount and checked with the system, in the upstairs, but when I got down to downstairs for billing one is not having any discount. This is the fate of customers. Let the buyers beware. This was said by the makers of our law of contracts.
