Please do not buy from them.
I had ordered a sari and they delivered a different sari: wrong design, border, print and of the worst material. And then when I asked for a refund or replace, even after sending back the sari from my own pocket to their warehouse, it has been 7 days since then, the customer care email id is not responding even after I sent them the successful delivery status of the courier service on February 28th.
And none of their phone numbers are working right now. Even the customer care email ID support@shopkio.com is bouncing emails now. Their WhatsApp number 7069314373, the person is not replying to my messages. They are fraud, they have too many nasty replacement rules, and even when you follow, you do not get anything in return. My total money plus courier charges are wasted. A total amount of 1260/-
