I had ordered pack of 3 brushed through Jaw dropping deal from shopclues. Due to the shipping delay and wrong updates by the shipper, I approached the Customer care regarding the issue.
I really appreciate the way that the CSR team behaved and helped me in refunding the money for the order and also made sure that the order was delivered again by the courier company.
I have been shopping with shopclues for more than 6 months and as of now I dont find any issues with them apart from slight delays in shipping at times which is acceptable.
