Three times I have ordered with ShopClues expecting service will improve. Each time I came out disappointed. My recent experience with ShopClues goes something like this:
I ordered a printer on a special. My order was confirmed instantly, received dispatch notification of pickup from merchant, inspection and dispatch confirmation via SMS next day. I was so happy receiving every small order progress update. Third day I checked status online and was shocked to see courier co. sent the item back to origin stating reason' non serviceable location' and I received automatic message that order has been retuned and refund will be initiated. Few days after I checked status of refund and got upset seeing the refund has been rejected without any communication!
I called the customer support who said refund rejected as item was received at origin not in same condition! Seriously! I could not stop myself to outburst my disappointment - How on earth you can reject an automatic refund claim after confirming by SMS for a shipment which was RTO from the courier hub without any delivery attempt made to consignee!
I am still chasing for refund and been told each time to wait 48 hours. I am blocking this site in my router once I get refund so I never ever go to this site seeing any deals!
