I ordered a perfume from shopclues on 2/02/2015. when the perfume got delivered it turned out to be a falke. I knew it insantly since I had the same perfume before as well. initially shopclues tried to deny responsibility stating that its a perfume.
I told them that since they say 100% authentic guarantee so they should accept it. after a lot of hassle the product got picked up on 14/02/2015. since then I have been in touch with shopclues continuously and every time they tell me that they'll respond in two day but the never do!
I just checked my return request and found out they changed the entire request and instead of refund they wrote replace on their own! I have supplied them all the details of my bank and have repeatedly called and updated them but still they won't budge. it's been one month since I placed the order now and I am yet to receive any response or refund from them. worst online shopping experience ever!
