Though my first shopping experience on shopclues is bad, I dared to make another purchase. I've ordered on Nov 2nd, 2014, promised date of delivery is nov 7 yet I waited. On nov 12th I got automated mail accepting their shipment delay and gave me an option to wait or to cancel the order.
To my wonder both the button are not working. I made my mind on Nov13, and requested for cancellation of order due to delay of shipment. Till now the status the maintain is: Order on Hold - Cancellation Requested due to Delay.
