Shop clues is cheating the customer without checking the quality and authenticity of the products which they keep for sale in their website.

Product recieved: 13th dec 2015
Return request raised: 13th dec 2015.
Return request accepted: till date No.
Name of the product: One plus power bank 10000mAH.
The product is duplicate with no accessories and I have raised the return request for the same,
after 10days they have responded. And their first response is that we are not available at home while and they have sent an SMS. I have registered the same in their website again the same.
I suggest readers and also request them to spread the word against the shop clues.
they are cheating and their products are genuine.
