Few months ago I have order a laptop stand with cooling pad and it’s price showing on website was 2000 which mark with X and 1000 which mark with X and final price was around 350 Rs. I checked photos of product which(2 photos available) and ordered that product.
When I got the product I was very happy because I needed this kind of table. 1 day later I was checking it’s box and on that original price was written which was only 150 rs and I was shocked. After that I sent a mail and contact to customer support after around 3 hours of argument and photo proof they agreed. I told them to take action against that seller but they done nothing. I got my money after 25 days. Such a pathetic service.
I suggest others to buy product from shopclues which are below 200rs
