Shopclues does not give reliable service at all

Shopclues gives advertises their site everyday on many channels and gives guarantee to provide good quality service. But the instance I have faced while purchasing from Shopclues is completely different.


I ordered set of 2 cotton pillows from Shopclues and my order number is 85609606. I ordered it on 15th of February 2016. And on 1st of March 2016 I am getting confirmation e mail stating that my product has been delivered. However I have not received the product. When I called, customer care representative said that it is showing that the product has been delivered so he is initiating a POD(Proof Of Delivery) to check the issue and will get back within next 48 working hours.


So again I have to wait to get response on my lost product. First of all this company took more than 14 days to deliver a product which is not normal at all I do not have any idea which courier company they use to deliver product. And obviously this courier company is not good at all, so Shopclues should look for a change immediately. And after 14 long days when they are claiming they have delivered it that also to a wrong address? This is not expected at all! And after going through all these pain when I am complaining representative is asking me to wait for some more time. Is it like I do not have any other work and I will keep on following up with Shopclues for this silly reason.


And in between this I did send a mail to shopclues too to enquire why my product is delivered and immediately I got an auto generated reply from their end that they will get back with in next 48 working hours. But as usual no one contacted me at all.


So this Shopclues customer support system knows only one thing, that is to ask the customer to wait for next 48 working hours and then they do not do anything. They only buy time with their auto generated email reply system. And to avoid auto generated replies when you call then the human friend who is sitting their also gives the same reply that I have to wait for another 48 working hours.


This is not expected Shopclues, I am an unhappy customer. So friends please think twice before buying anything from Shopclues. They do good advertisements but if anything goes wrong you are on your own there is no one to help you from the other end.
