I feel this review is:
I have bought HP Elitebook laptop from this site. It came to me after 8 days and when I open it the battery of this laptop was damaged. I make a complaint and request to return it or refund. Reply came that our pickup service is not available on my location. I should send it back by courier myself. I replied that if I send it by courier and it is damaged into the way to company who will be responsible for that. When I checked it's camera was out of order. I was very disappointed to buy it online from ShopClues.com. so I decided not to purchase anything from this site in future.
