I have ordered ear phone from shopclues.com on December 2015 I received the shipment
in month of January and when I got that shipment the earphone are got damage after that I called up the customer care they put me on hold for almost 15 min after that they said we forwarded your details to the vendor so person vendor will get in touch with soon and do the reversal but still I am waiting for vendor call and massage and that damage earphone is still with me.i will not buy anything from Shopclues now and I will not refer to anybody.
