A few month ago, first time I login for shopping at "shopclues.com".
When I see the various offers at the shopping portal, that looks so attractive. But when I shop some items, in delivery it takes two weeks. This was the worst delivery time for me ever.
After that, when I un-box some items I got surprised that they were not the same product what I ordered. They send the product of very low quality. These things really disappoint me.
After that I talked to customer service, they only said that we are processing your complain further.
