Shopclues is one of the fastest growing website? Ya in terms of popularity yes I has sea statistical reports of it so in terms fo popularity groth and seller( murchent) grouth its doing well.
But in terms of service and suport it need a lot of improvements.
Coustomer service; its the one of the slowest service I ever observed. It take a lot of time to get valuable responce and action specialy in after sales service.
I share my experience I had order one product , it was dated to shiped by 21 days ( quit a lot time) still for good sake the product was delivered in 7 days. But when I check the product I found that one of the item was defective , so I call the coustomer service of shopclues they say that I would have to waste for next 14 days because the approval of silver delivery by merchant will take this much of time so it was so inconvinent. I had to waite for 10 days to recive shipping approval msg.
Product quality; as u know that mostof the product r sell by local merchant so u cant expect grate or same quality as shown in product images. Eg; I oderd brown bed sheet and recived pink one.
Ya quality is ok but not goodas companies to Amazon and flipkart.
Delivery time: the werst time it takes nearly two to 3 weeks for a local product to be delivered ya smartphone or other experience electronic ships fast but in 7 days so its the werst as evin international website ships faster then it. And ya as mentioned above evin after delivery u get the confirmation after 2 to 7 days.
App and website; the both app and website are laggy , poor interface , less filters , not much abel to serch for right product, and ya most werst thind ITS FULL OF ADVERTISINGS .
RELIABILITY; for low value local products its pk but I will say u not to buy much experience product instid go on shop or other website.
