I am an online shopping freak and so had an encounter with shopclues when I ordered a combo of 4 deodorants. Trust me on this guys, they sent me 2 empty bottles of deos and 2 expired bottles of deodorants.
I simply called the customer care and they kept me waited for 15 mins until the phone call got connected.
After that when I spoke to the customer care executives, they told me that a delivery guy shall come in 48 hours. I wait for 4 days and no action.
