Dear friends. I am the custemer who bought so many products from shopclues and according to my experience I can easily say that shopclues is not the correct or satisfied app for shopping and the reason is few days ago I ordered one saree for my mother from this shopclues but the company delivered the wrong productthat means a different saree that too after a long period of time. When I call to the customer care number for help to return the product then refused to do that and told that I have to give a request to them. When I check the status in my phone on shopclues website then the return option is not available in it. Dear friends please be careful with shopclues.
