I purchased a product on 11 Nov 2014 and my order ID is 26431919.
On 18 Nov 2014 I got a shipment confirmation mail.
On 23 Nov 2014 I got one more mail saying "Shipped - Possible Delay in Transit."
On 28 Nov 2014, I got the last mail saying "Shipped - Untraceable. We are unable to fulfill your order 26431919 as the shipment has been lost during transit. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and have initiated the order cancellation process for your order "
I still have not got any refund yet. And the worst part is, no one is picking up the phone
