Shopclues and professional couriers have together started a fraud business where they do not deliver the items but claim it to be delivered. My order 70793238 was not delivered to me. I am not the only one. Please check Shopclues FB page where the same issue is with hundreds of people.
There is no accountability and the customer service person does not understand either english or hindi or either acts that way to get away with the complaints. Mails are not responded properly. This is the worst site ever where you can not even expect to receive the product forget about the quality. That is why they do not have COD in most of their products
