Hi ALL,

This is my real experience sharing here . I have ordered Kent RO+ UV Water purifier from shopclues . while ordering I have called to customer care of shopclues more than 40 times to inquire will the product gets well packed as its weight is bit huge and many co products will be delivered . customer care from shopclues informed there is no doubt absolutely very huge outdoor packing will be done for purifiers as it is bit delicate . by listening there words I had immediately placed the order . But the worst thing is they have not done any packing to the purifier box . they just dumped into a plastic size cover and transported . It reached home after a week days. later installation person came to home for installing . when he opened the product from outside it looks nothing problem but when he open and see completely indoor parts were breaked and damaged . after several fights and videos/photos shared to shopclues team they have taken away the product .
