I bought a dumbbell set from shop clues. They didn't deliver the product but cheated me the pprice of the product telling me that the product is delivered to me. I requested to provide me the proof of delivery containing the name of receiver, date time and place of delivery but their only answer is "the product is delivered to me" and they will call me every alternate day asking me if the product is delivered. Here is the ticket raise by me but no solution till date.

I told her clearly when she called me that the consignment no. 45973415 is untraceable and I haven't received it. I also informed her that I went to safe express branch at my city to trace it and they told me that the consignment is still at the merchants city. but after a couple of hour shop clues smsed me that the shipment is delivered

Provide or show me the proof that safe press gave you about delivery of the product. When I enquire safe press never said a word of delivery to me they always say its on the way. So why did shclues lie to me and tell me its delivered. If timely informed and communicted well I can wait for one year for delivery of the consignment. But shop clues give false information and lies to customer. I am sorry to say shop clues is not customer centric. I don't care about the money I have lost. But its your attitude to customers that matters. You give only lies and false information. Its already 48 hours since you last assured me to call or mail me with a resolution.where is that resolution? Where is your call and mails? Don't say or do something which is beyond your capability. It loses credibility / trust. I requested you to provide me the proof of delivery containing the name of the recipient, time of delivery and where it was delivered. But what I get is the call asking me again and again whether I have received the consignment. So From now onwards pliz don't SMS or mail me anymore.
