I Purchased some toy with shop clues on 6th October and by technical fault in their website(accepted by shop clues support) once a message displayed that "Session expired. Try again." and the amount 194 was deducted from my account. I again paid the same amount against the order. As per their refund process, the first deduction is expected to return back to my account within 2 working days but didn't happen.
The big strange is that they don't have any record in order history for failed transaction.
Then after I tried following with shop clues and they simply raised the concern and provided the reference ticket number. but they never reply on any of the followups emails sent by me.
Every time a new customer care executive will receive the call and they ask for different different processes. Some time back statement and some time screen shots for transactions but there is no action on this.
most of the customer care executives are not rude but they are not well trained to understand the problems, they mostly try to drive the customer in different points which are not related. I am explaining these points to every customer care person every time by spending most of my money on calls and every times around 30-40 minutes.
I never expected such rubbish policy from shop clues specially if it is a matter of refund.
