SHOPCLUES is India's First and Largest Managed Marketplace' truly it is, but of the fake market/products. 90% of the goods sold on SHOPCLUES are genuinely fake or imitation or duplicate products and amazingly they have the audacity to display the original products pics/descriptions and then deliver fake products. I request the online buyers to be absolutely cautious when they are buying expensive items. Many a time we leave the matter as is, if the item bought is inexpensive because of the exhaustive rigmarole with the customer support who in spite of the pictorial evidence of the received product reiterate that they have sent what has been shown or the product is a genuine one and also becoz that one bad experience cannot diminish our greed for cheap/discounted items.
