I had many unpleasant experiences with Shop Clues. The latest one:
Order Number: 51901831
First the item is not delivered. I have to make follow up.
Then, they keep asking me to acknowledge receipt of an undelivered item.I have to keep convincing them it is undelivered and keep following up with them.
They then agree that the item is lost in transit and that a refund is being processed.I have to keep following up.
Now they keep saying refund has been processed and a GV is being issued against the same but no GV has been issued till date. I have to keep following up I dont know till when.
Endless agony & harassment. A Fraud Company!
Most of the item the items sent are very inferior road side quality/China stuff much different from the ones shown on the website or they are near expiry date Products.The MRP shown on the website is astronomically higher than the actual MRP just to misguide & lure the Customers.Vital details of the products are not disclosed.
Think 10 times before you spend your hard earned Money.
