My first purchase with shopclues was a juicer firstly I like the price which was only Rs/- 188 including delivery charge it was not electronic but hand juicer I had search on other site also but such a minimum price was only available in shopclues while the product image and description was fine, so I decided to buy that product and I made payment online to get more discount as compared to cash on deliver firstly I had choose cash on delivery but I found that Rs/-30 extra had been added so I paid online.
After 3 to 4 days the product was delivered to my adress I took the product and sign for receiving the product after few minutes when I opened the packing I found that the juicer was completely damaged then I just mail at custumersupport and I complaint regarding this issues I told them to replaced the product and after 2 days I got a mail that no pickup is needed and the amount will be credited which few working days again after few days I got a mail that payment has been credited fro shopclues BUT THE FACT IS THAT TILL TODAY MY ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED
FINALLY I WILL ONLY SUGGEST PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE BUYING PRODUCT
