I request people not to buy from shopclues. I have several reasons for suggesting this and if you don't want to be frustrated like me, please take my advice.
I had ordered a remote control car that was delivered to me on time but with damage on the underside near the front tyre
Reason 1 - The shopping website is slow and isn't user friendly at all
Reason 2 - I raised a return request in their website for a toy that was damaged while transit the day I received the product and also got a reference ID but later I get to know that the website data isn't reflecting on their servers and I had to send screenshots and call at least 5 different customer support executives(Kept repeating the same story) and warn them that I will take it to consumer court, to get an acceptance that there is a problem from their side and
Reason 3, product got picked up by the courier(BlueDart) about 6 working days ago but the call center executive says she doesn't know if the product got picked up. I have got multiple calls from courier people and someone from shopclues about why the product has been returned while I had raised a return request with screenshots highlighting the area of damage.
Reason 4, Call center employees do not know to converse in English and finally I had to talk in Hindi to make them understand
Please don't shop in shopclues. Try another website even if you have to spend a little more.
