Some days back I ordered a watch, i was eagerly waiting for it, i received the shipment before the expected time of delivery, i was happy to receive it, i made the payment and when I opened the box, i was shocked to see the defective watch.it was not working, how could they send the non working watch to someone, dont they check before shipping to customer, without any delay I made a request for return.
one thing I have to appriciate that customer support is good, they helped me to file return request and ensured that soon this issue will be resolved and they will replace the watch.
I m waiting for the new watch, hope this time I wont be disappointed.
