10 Feb, I ordered a teddy from shopclues for my beloved, I want to surprise him so I do the payment online, as expected they deduct money from my account and provide me order confirmation with the order number. but 14 Feb when I try to track the ordered it shows unable to find the order.


Really loose hope to purchase online.
