Now this is you call service delivery, this order was to be delivered by 11th March, it still has not been dispatched by the merchant. what the heck service is this? Thats really bad when you camt make up to your promises. I can see your AD multiple times in a day, but what worth is that when your services lack that much.
what in this case in which you people are not able to make order deliverd in your agreed timelins? do you compensate that? or its always customer has to bear everything. Annoyed and frustrated customer.
