I shopped with shop clues just 2 times, I stopped thereafter after because of bad customer service.
First time I ordered a shawl which clearly said in the description that it was woolen, but when I ordered it was silk and very thin, the quality was cheap and it started to tear within few days. Being just 300 rupees I just didn't bother to return it, but this is highly unlikely acceptable and the site should stop providing bogus information.
Second time the amount was deducted from my account but I did not get any conformation from shop clues when I complained about it to customer service I got a reply after 4 days and the amount was refunded a week after.
Customer service is a basic necessity of any e commerce site and shop clues instead of giving fake offers should invest in improving customer service.
Personally I feel Amazon is a far better alternative to shop clues.
