I have used several e-commerce sites and shopclues is one of them. While I have shopped with them several times. I had the worst experience with my last few orders with them:
Coupon code did not work.I went ahead and posted the order for a pair watch (TITAN).
I had problems with two of my earlier purchases they were sorted without much delay. However, this time it was a real nightmare.
Instead of the ordered pair watch, I got a RAGA watch. I mailed customer with pictures for the last 15 days now .. they are not able to update me further except asking for the pictures.
I have mailed support repeatedly but they no longer respond if they do after 4 / 5 days .. they just say they are working on it I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN .. if it is NOT sorted without any further delay.
I have bought here often and mostly got the products intact .. except twice and that was sorted out without delay .. BUT THIS TIME looks like they have taken cue from Indiatimes or other sloppy sites and started cheating after establishing a good reputation.
Won two awards I believe - MY FOOT! Guess cheaters get better coverage here than anywhere else!!
I can post screenshots for all their sloppy replies this far!!
HOPE THEY WILL LOOK INTO THIS AND SORT IT OUT RIGHT AWAY!
