This is in regards to my order id:- 106750473. so as you can check my history this is my first & worst order with shopclues and its been more than two weeks & I haven't anything from you guys apart from your apologies & your TAT of resolving my issue in next 24-72 hours. Also, you guys might be running on such a poor and back obsolete technology as I have sent 3 times,you getting that its three times I have sent you guys with the pictures of my product,post that what reply I am getting from side is that you have not shared any pictures with us till now. I am sending from my registered email id them how come its not showing you over there,this is not my issue that my sent mail is not showing in your system might be you guys just need to upgrade your systems. When I called a few days back I don't remember the exact date as I have a life and job and other things to do as well unlike you guys,so some girl took my call and she was so lame an untrained that she was not able to assist me and hence ended up by disconnecting my call. Shall I consider this that she was not having any answers or you guys are in the top list of Frauds.!
So, lets move on to another and very interesting phase of this story. So when I called you guys up yesterday as it's quite obvious as it's my hard earn money so I have to. So the so called executives and ur programmed seniors who were just repeating one statement only like they were programmed to act like that, told me that they are investigating! oh hell you are kidding me its been ove r two weeks even I took a screenshot of my mail where its showing me that the mail was sent to you guys but again the representative asked me to upload these images on your site. You guys really think so that I have that much time to do these things just because of your failure. After all you have sent me the single quantity wherein I ordered for 2, and the one which I have received with that too is totally CRUSHED and I have already shared the condition of that cap to you guys. I mean it's your fault and why I am suffering because of your fault, you just have check with your warehouse team and the courier team and for this month you guys are taking 2 weeks and still no update from you guys how much patience you can expect from a customer! I am done with my patience level with you guys. All the representatives to whom I had a word with all were useless and were even not able to form a sentence properly over the call and you guys have put them to your escalation desk are you guys insane or you guys are hiring school drop outs in your escalation team. all those 4 guys SHUBHAM,PANKAJ,ARYAN & KARTIK were totally dumb.
well I am pissed off totally with you guys & I am just hoping for a quick response.
