Recently there was a big offer day.when shopclues were giving buy one get two free, I had thought of trying the offers by purchasing the limited.I bought one umbrella and was suppose to receive two umbrella free.What happened that time first point was that they have delivered the umbrella after 18 days which they were suppose to do by 10 days, secondly the delivery man came with packed umbrella, they gave me the package when I opened the package I found only two instead of three.And the umbrella was so cheap that couldnt be express, I paid 149rs.and got cheap umbrella with thin rods which were going to break in the first rain itself.
I called shopclues and ask for refund they said they will send the man for pick up but till today no body came>i send so many mails but no reply from their end.I think they do false business on screen and something different at the off screen.I dont believe shop clues they chaet on offers product, not only that that have low grade product.I dont refer shopclues any time.Better I snapdeal and flipkart
