To all my dear friends who are shopping at shopclues.com, I will suggest beware of buying things from shopclues.com. Until you are buying products and getting it in good condition you are SAFE, but once you get the defected products you are helpless because at shopclues.com service and support is 3rd class. Instead I will say it doesn't have any class.
One more thing I want to underline here. ALL THE PRODUCTS WITH AMOUNT 500 PLUS ARE NOT NEW AND ARE USED. So I will suggest not to buy products having amount above 500/-. For expensive products they are getting good margin as they are unpacked and used. For such cases they have special instruction to support team to avoid cases who has bought products having amount 500 plus.
I am facing this problem second time. Normally I buy many products under jaw dropping deal at shopclues.com and get the same in next working day. Average product cost under jaw dropping deal is Rs 60/- This is a policy of the company to give such deals so that they can increase customers. BUT when you buy products other then such deals, you get it 5 to 7 working days and there is no Guarantee that the product is new, genuine or seal packed and the main thing is there is no hearing of this. You are totally helpless. you can just waste your time by writing mails to support and call customer care. But it is like "?????".
Even for refund, they tell customer that we have initiated the refund for your order and you will get the same in 5 working days but customer doesn't get the refund until he/she call again to customer care after 5 days.
I WOULD SUGGEST ONLINE SHOPPERS TO AVOID SHOPPING AT SHOPCLUES.COM. their main moto is to just get money. Customer satisfaction is not in their working list. BEWARE.
