Hello, I wanna share my experience with shopclues.com and after hearing it, you would also agree to pay twice or may be thrice the price in order to avoid this e-commerce website.
I have bought a set of 2 power banks from this website and paid the whole amount at the time of placing the order. I have received the product in more than a week, which I ignored. After receiving the product, I found that one of them isn't working at all. I have called at customer care number, first of all it took more than 8 minutes and I have also been charged for being on hold for that 8 minutes, I ignored that too. They replied that they would get that product picked from the location they dropped to but after 4-5 days when nobody came to pick the product up then I called again and I have been charged for 11 minutes for being on hold, which didn't made me happy at all and when I asked about non-pickup then he said that you need to tell me about everything in detail and I did that which took so much time.
In the end, after following for pick up for 3 times, I have been told to post the product to Okhla address of the company and I did that too, which made me pay 360 rupees and even after receiving the product they neither paid me the courier charges nor refunded the amount of product.
Whenever I tried to follow it up, I faced the same situation of holding for 10 minutes and found a person everytime and to describe him in full and what he said is that "sir, we are trying out best to help you out". So, after trying for more than 5 times at different dates, I quit and it gave me a big loss .
