I ordered a signoraware dinnerset of 36 pieces on 17th april for my parents as they had to travel abroad on 26th april and they had to carry it along for my brother. I received the product on 22nd april, gave cash to the delivery boy and after that when we opened the product we saw there were 29 pieces, so few pieces were missing.


Like a normal customer I placed the return request online. After a day I call the customer care to provide two specific photos of the box and the product(WHICH WAS NOT SPECIFIED ONLINE in THE RETURN PROCESS) still I went ahead and send the photos. As the process was so slow my parents went to a shopkeeper and purchased another dinner set as they had to leave on 26th. But till date no person has come to take the product moreover, after so many days I received an email on 26th April specifying that they are still coordinating with the merchant for the return pick up and also, they need more photos to proceed further.what kind of return process is this? I'm now in delhi and my parents in abroad and they gave the responsibility to hand over the product if the person comes who is old and don't know how to do all this. I need this matter to be resolved asap and our money to be returned!
