Sent all images as per requirements, complain to many times by call and mail. Return request already approved but no one came to pick d product back and still no refund .

Thanks for accepting my return request.
But no person from your side came to pick d product. I called to customer care before two days. Someone said courier men will come within two days.
Again I called and he said there is no pick up service. U have to send d product.
If product can b delivered on same place, then y pick up is not possible?
Plz send some one to pick that very very bad, damage product and Plz refund my money back. I m following from last 15days. Called to many times. Wasted lots of times still I dint get money back. Plz solved this issues. Plz gv some positive reply.
