I have ordered TV in shopclues and it has been shipped on 24Jan2016 but till now it is not traceable. Regarding this I have sent 3 mails and called to customer support two times, in both the cases I will get the same reply as "Wait for 48 hours".
I don't know when that 48 hours will come. Today I have called and asked to connect to senior person the call is on hold for 30 min after that also the call is not connected. I have disconnected the call after that. This is the level of service they are rendering to the customers. I would suggest to shop any items which will come on COD basis so that no one will be cheated. In case if you need faster shipping then please don't shop in shopclues.

The above query is resolved. So changed my ratings too. I am not able to change the "do you like shopclues.com" from No to Yes.
