Order number 24273345 was placed on 22 Oct 2014, 01:04 PM. estimated delivery was updated as Between: Mon 3 Nov and Tue 4 Nov. I checked after 10th Nov on the website(both Shopclues & Ecom express) and the status was shown as "Undelivered - Returning to Origin"


Since both Shopclues & Ecom express have a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, I AM NOT ABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER, NOR IS THE ORDER DELIVERED, NOR IS THE ORDER REFUNDED


Around 8th of Nov, after much googling & multiple phone calls, I was able to reach to an ECOM express customer care representative & he said they have a backlog of 50thousand shipments stuck at bangalore & will be delivered in 48 hrs. I checked after 2 days & saw the status that "Undelivered - Returning to Origin"


Since then I have been trying to reach Shopclues & ecom express. Both lines are always busy & never get through.I do not need that product anymore & want to cancel the order, but there is no option to cancel it now.


I emailed the Shopclues Customer care & they said they will refund once they receive the shipment back. the ECOM xpress website shows that the package is at Bangalore. then why are they not delivering it.


I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY OR LOSS DUE TO ECOM EXPRESS.


I JUST WANT MY REFUND TO HAPPEN.


I have spend so much time & efforts in trying to reach both customer care number & hence posting this review.


I will never shop at SHOPCLUES ever again & will recommend all my friends to stay away too!
