Recently in an offer from shopclues I had purchased a Zebronics Bluetooth device from Shopclues. I have received the same after one week. after receiving I have checked the product and found that it is not working. I have tried in all possible ways as per the guidelines hence it doesnt work. So, I decided to contact the buyer and found his number on the parcel which I have received. After calling the buyer I came to know that the number which was on the parcel was wrong. Finally decided to contact the customer care services of shopclues and filed a request of return. But after three days my request had canceled and they suggested to claim for warranty as the device comes with a warranty of 1 year. I again tried to contact the customer care and this time I succeeded, they told to send back the device to their address and gave the return ID. then I have returned the product with private courier services. after two days they have received the product. I got a message to my phone that the product had received and the refund will be credited to your account on or befor seven working days. after 7 days I got my money back into my account. I am pretty much happy with the Shopclues and I ordered many more products after that.
