Pathetic Customer Support & Shipping. Review on Shopclues

The site claims they are offering products on wholesale prices. Hence to try out I placed two orders on 09th October 2014  #22459167 and  #22459169 for Label printing machine and Label rolls,

The product was shipped on 11th Oct 2014 I got a mail for confirmation of shipping with details of trader from where the product was shipped(Naya Bazar, Delhi) with tentative delivery between 14th(Tue) to 15th(Wed) Since I am also from Delhi so was expecting early delivery.

I tried to contact their shipping partner dotzot.in on 14th Oct but there is no contact no. on their website and tracking on their site is not updated for over 5 days. So finally I filled a contact us form on their website, and with in minutes got mail delivery failure with following message, which shows their strength of deliveries

: host zos-mbx1.logix.in[192.168.105.162] said: 552 5.2.2 Over quota(in reply to end of DATA command)

How ever I got call from them on 15th Oct assuring that they will look into the matter and revert, which they never did till date.

When it did not delivered to me by 15th Oct, I tried to contact shopclues customer support 0124-4414888 but you need a luck if you get through it. And on complaint form on website you can not lodge any complaint about late delivery till it is 5 working days after shipping(Sic), so

I lodged an online complaint on 17th Oct and got ticket number 1214424 and 1214436 a reply on tickets came on 18th Oct saying they will investigate it with their shipping partner and revert in once they get update from dotzot, no timelines

Finaly the packet delivered to us on 19th Oct after 10 days of ordering, when the seller was with in the same city, so you can imagine how long will it take if that is out of city.
