I ordered htc mobile on shopclues on 13th feb 2016(order id 85476616). To my surprise I received faulty and used product so I raised a return request(return id 2660556) immediately. I need to upload the pics of the faulty product on their web portal, I tried for it by making the size of the images to suit their upload requirements but I could not upload because of some issue in their portal. I tried to call customer care but could not connect since they are busy every time. This delayed the return process 14 days(and counting) but no progress till date. I am not sure how long this gonna take.
I do not why these people are opening shops when they cannot manage to deliver good product to the customers. Do not they calculate the tangible and intangible losses the customers have to face just because he/she trusted them. I wonder why on earth the onus of returning a faulty product lies on a customer when the actual mistake is from the sellers side.
I will never recommend this site to anyone.
Shopclues guys would you at least now speed up the resolution process and make yourself better?
