My order No. was 26816051 dated 16 Nov 2014.
I ordered for Lux thermal wear from their Sunday flea market and paid Rs. 263 on 16.11.2014.
But I was shocked to find that they had supplied a false and invalid Air Waybill number of Bluedart. So there was no question of getting the item.
After lapse of a period of twenty days, I made a call to them. Charu, the girl on the other side of the phone, told me that the item would reach me very soon.
But it was also a false assurance from them.
I called them various time again and again, and came to know that the Courier had returned back the item as they did not get me in my home! How ridiculous!
No body from Bluedart came to my home. No one called me over phone. I understood that the Staff of Shopclues are basically liars.
Then it was my headache to get back my money.
I repeatedly contacted them over phone. I sent them emails frequently. They continued to assure me!
At last, I got my money back! It was an worst experience. I was troubled in long waiting and therefore the anxiety I suffered.
Worthless Shopclues! No one should rely on Shopclues.
In addition, I will tell that the information and communication from Shopclues are very poor. To reach them over phone, you have to wait a long period of time and the God also does not know when the employees will accept your call!
