Quality is wrost in shopclues. Review on Shopclues

Shopclues have a large range of products thats why I ordered ear mp3 player sports running purpose it have a internal memory card its just listening songs while running.they are delivered that product on next day but that time went out station, after come back to home I will open the parcel and checking outlook is very good, so I loaded songs into memory card and put in mp3 player slot but it does not play I was shocked start checking what type format it supported in this mp3 player I didnt get any information in internet.lastly I decided to open mp3 player with small screw driver after open I understand the problem, that product have a speakers but connected wires are cutted both sides, I recall that person finally he said we wont return opened or repaired goods.that product cost is 350 rs I dont want ague them keep and quit.that is shopclues quality.
