I have purchased a couple of things and mostly my experience was so bad. In Shopclues there is no product quality assurance, even on branded products, it can be fake.
You can never be sure about its being Original. The Products are uploaded without proper information, making it too difficult for the customers. sometimes the product delivered differs the product as seen on its website.
The products price is kept higher than the original. The navigation is worst and even the catalog, this all leads to a bad user interface. You never get the Ordered product on time, it may take upto 15 days or even a month and sometimes they forget to deliver. Even returning one product has huge problem. There is a bad customer support and no call support. The call is always on hold and they do not like to respond to emails. I have also faced unreasonable penalties for orders getting cancelled because the delivery partner did not show up. This shows that their delivery partners are also fake like their products. Unless you are having a good luck, you will surely suffer ordering in this site. They will do false commitment and at the end of the day end the poor consumer suffers.
