Hello Friends, i am sumit and I am going to tell you the fraud of this website.
I ordered a laptop from the website as it was providing a huge discount, the product was delivered 4 days late so bad of their service, but I was happy that my product has arrived.
Later when I opened the packaging I was so shocked to see that the laptop was broken the display was shattered I was so pissed, i immediately contacted shopclues and told them about the issue they asked me to tell them the order no. later they told that we have passed the product fine.they were telling me that they dont take this issue as they were again and again telling that they delivered the product fine.
Later I went to their higher authorities after 1 month my refund was made, their customer service is very poor.
Dont Shop From this website they just offer you alot of discount but the product is fake.
