Got a non-functional defective product on delivery and shopclues is not ready to replace/refund .Asking me to go to Service center to fix it . Shopclues customer care representatives are also lying and giving false commitments for resolution .I am new to Bangalore and with my current work load, it is practically impossible to search for a service center and fix it .


Could you please help me. This is fraud and I need justice .
