Shopclues displays products that it cannot deliver

I have repeatedly(6 times) brought to the notice of shopclues customer support that there are products listed on it which are shown to be in stock BUT after 4-5 days of ordering it is informed to be out of stock. This has not happened once or twice but 6 times with me for the product "Autowizard Orange High Quality bike/ motorcycle DRL ZigZag Shape for Scooty", order no 67552024.


Every time after 4-5 days of ordering shopclues displays "slight procurement delay", thereafter further 2-3 days, it displays "cannot fulfil order"


Shopclues has such a POOR Customer support that even after bringing the issue 6 times to notice, NEITHER shopclues has removed the unavailable product from its website NOR it has taken any action against the defaulting seller.


All this leads to waste of time in terms of searching and ordering and then waiting for a refund.


As shopclues is insensitive towards issues of customers repeatedly, therefore be careful before purchasing on shopclues. Always prefer other online shopping sites more than shopclues. If evidence of details of the issue is required, it will be readily provided by me showing the POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT of shopclues.
