Never ever Shopclues!. Review on Shopclues

Another Indian e-commerce trying to get fit into the competitive markets today.But actually deserves the last position.

I had ordered an earphone from shopclues.com about 1 yr back, which was just as a trial for me to check the trustability and quality of this site.Firstly, it's a complete headache to use this site.Not being user friendly and poor quality images of the products.Secondly, I couldn't believe that such heavy discounts are being offered by this online store.70, 80% discounts like on each and every item.When I cross checked, I found that the mrp shown are way too high and even after such heavy discounts, their prices are still up as compared to other sites.

After going all through this, I decided to go for a cheap Samsung earphone(although I knew it wasn't any Samsung, just a duplicate one)at around Rs100/-.There wasn't any COD option, so I opted for online payment and made the transaction successfully.It was to be ordered within a week.

10 days went off still no idea for the product!I called up the customer care and they assured me of their payment!The product won't deliver to you is what they said.There should have been an auto-confirmation message for this as is in other known sites.But I had no other option, so I said to refund my money back(I don't hope they would have returned me the money their-selves!).

After 7 more days, I received my payment.What to say more.

This is really a pathetic online store.I believe that more than 90% of the products are over-priced.and even after heavy discounts(that is acceptable), it's still high!

Personally, I won't recommend Shopclues.com ever.
