This is actually a good thing, it means you’ve found the data. Their version of a problem might not impact you - slow shipping is a great example of one person’s problem another might not care about.
Their are a few wicked bad reviews, but none of those under a year old. Pretty silly the company hasn’t taken any steps to fix the reputation impact there. Ooops - it looks like maybe they did in an impressively spammy and crappy way.
