My brother ordered a 2 tb hard disk and gave the delivery address as home adress as he was coming home from mumbai the following week.
The order was prepaid with extra delivery charges.when the order came the delivery boy asked him to pick the product up from another place .Luckily I was home for the weekend so he asked me to pick up the order , when I asked the delivery boy why they dont deliver the order at home , he rudely said lena hai to lo warna vaapis le jaata hun.
After his response I returned the order and called the customer support and told them the whole incident but all I got from them was lousy assurnaces and a bloody refund that too after 20 days and after making 3-4 calls but not my product.
This was my second bad experience with shopclues and I only placed an order twice.I guess they dont value their customers and dont learn from their mistakes.My brother placed an order again with another website and got his 2 tb hard disk.
