17 May 2015, 06:01 PM Order no.52201673, HP Laptop Backpack(QTY:1) The product is completely fake, low on quality and it's size doesn't support Laptop to fit into, improper size for a laptop fit(15"in).
I have got two CUTS on my hand due to sharp plastic edges of the bag, damaged straps, etc. Extreme disappointment.The product was damaged. And It was a mistake purchasing from their website.
Also as per the description the product has 1 year warranty but as per the telephonic conversation no warranty is there, then why it's written on their web-page. I have a copy of that web page or you can check the link as pasted above.
I have written complaints to their customer care department but even after a week they haven’t even reacted to those complaints for a full fledged refund. It's been a long time but haven’t received any response from their team.
The product has a merchant warranty on one year as they say on their webpage, but no response from both of them since that purchase.
I would highly recommend to better go for some other shopping websites rather than Shopclues.
It was my first order on Shopclues and I'm facing this, I'm done with them.
